How to have an effective glute workout: add resistance band exercises 🔥
Here I am giving 3 examples of quick warm up ideas to do before any strength training. Be sure to not have bands on or near your joints.
1. Regular squat with a slow push of knees in an outward motion (turning on your abductors)
2. Soft bent knee position tapping toe straight back (turning on core & middle of your glutes)
3. Soft bent knee position tapping horizontally (turning on core, abductors & under glute)
