1. Zesty Corn: 🤯⭐️

If you’re a corn connoisseur like me, you’d enjoy this dish. Really enjoyed the creamy and slightly cheesy seasoned corn kernels. The lime was a nice touch to add a bit of acidity to the dish. The seasoning was not too overpowering and the corn was juicy, I could definitely finish a bowl by myself 😋

2. Mexican Wings:

Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside with a tangy dipping sauce provided on the side.

3. Nachos (with Beef): ⭐️

Loaded with seasoned ground beef and CRISPY nachos generously topped with melted cheese, creamy guacamole, tangy salsa. It was a burst of flavour with every mouth!

4. Fish Taco: ⭐️

The fish taco is personally one of my favourites! The fish was tender and fresh and it went really well with the warm tortilla and creamy sauce.

5. Pork Taco:

Flavour was great however, the meat was a little tough. Dipping the taco in the jalapeño sauce added a fiery burst of flavour!

6. Chicken Taco:

The chicken taco is a classic crowd-pleaser, offering succulent grilled chicken nestled in a soft tortilla and topped with an array of fresh ingredients. Each bite is a perfect balance of tender meat, crisp vegetables, and zesty sauces, making it a timeless favorite.

7. Mushroom Quesadilla: ⭐️

A vegetarian delight, the mushroom quesadilla is a medley of earthy flavors and gooey cheese. Sauteed mushrooms are enveloped in a warm tortilla and grilled to golden perfection, creating a comforting and absolutely delicious dish. This is a must try as well!!

8. Chorizo Quesadilla:

The chorizo quesadilla is a flavor-packed fiesta in every bite. Spicy chorizo sausage is paired with melted cheese and folded into a warm tortilla, creating a mouthwatering fusion of smoky, savory, and spicy flavors that will leave you craving more.
