Hey, Soulfolks, it's time to light her up🔥

The weather was perfect yesterday,☀️ so I decided to light her up🔥😁

I love using my mini tabletop grill for small portions, like these salmon, shrimp, lobster, and chorizo sausage Kebobs...did yall know there are three ways to spell Kabob, Kebob, Kabab🤦🏾‍♀️

Recipe:

Fresh Salmon Cubed

Shrimp as larger as you want them😁

Chorizo sausage sliced/ cubed

Lobster meat /sliced / cubed

Instructions

Season meat with your favorite seasonings, add a little oil (I used truffle oil), then arrange on soaked Skewers how you like....you don't want your skewers to burn. To me, it doesn't take seafood long to cook, so I'll say cook on grill about 5 min on each side consistently brushing with herb, garlic and butter...voila!!

serve with garlic and herb couscous and your favorite veggies 😋

What's the difference between kebab and kabob?

Kabob with a “Bob” would most likely be used by people from countries such as Iran or Armenia whereas Kebab or Kabab (spelled with two "a"s) would be used in Arabic-speaking countries such as Lebanon or Syria.
