Breakfast ideas: breakfast hash with side yogurt and caramel rice cake! Overall rating: 10000/10:

breakfast hash:

- dice potato and soak overnight

- chop and dice one onion

- dice one jalapeño (combine in pan with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder)

- let sauté

- combine 5 eggs with seasonings of choice (i also added milk)

- mix in eggs

- i added a seasoned lean ground beef and bellpeppers i made the night before!
