When I move to Spain will I lose access to lemon8

I told a bunch of my friends oversees about this app and they told me that they weren’t able to download it because it’s not available in Europe yet.

This is by far my favorite app at the moment but now I’m so worried because at the end of the month I’m moving and now I am worried that I’m going to lose access🥲
