Everyone focuses on their macros (I.e. protein, carbs, and fats) but forget about the importance of micro-nutrients 😭. It’s something that both Arielle and I have been guilty of neglecting in the past.

Sea moss is an algae that contains multiple different micro nutrients that our bodies need. (More information in the reel😏)

You can take sea moss raw or it can be put in a smoothie, juice, or anything that your heart desires honestly 😂!

I prefer to to mix mine with my Oxygreens and creatine to kill a couple birds with one stone 😇!
