One Of The Best Ramen We've Eaten

📍Kiwami Ramen & Gyoza Bar

I stumbled upon Kiwami Ramen and Gyoza Bar while walking around Jewel and was immediately drawn in by the restaurant's welcoming ambience and promising menu. These are some of the items I ordered.

The menu at Kiwami Ramen & Gyoza Bar features a variety of authentic Japanese dishes, with the ramen and gyoza being the stars of the show. The ramen broth was rich and savoury, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The chashu and wagyu were melt-in-your mouth tender and flavorful.

Among the gyozas, there are two gyoza dishes that are recommended on the menu. They are gyozas with fusion of our local delights, the "Chilli Crab Gyoza" and "Satay Gyoza." The "Chilli Crab Gyoza” is paired with a generous amount of chilli crab sauce and topped off with shredded crab meat. The "Satay Gyoza" is then paired with peanut sauce, creating a delicious combination that's reminiscent of classic satay. The gyoza itself is well-cooked with a juicy filling that pairs perfectly with the sauces. Kiwami also offers other interesting flavoured gyozas such as “Mentaiko Cheese Gyoza” and “Wasabi Gyoza”.

In addition to the ramen and gyoza, the menu also features a great selection of appetisers and desserts which can be paired with the drink menu. The drink menu has a variety of sake, cocktails and beer to choose from.

Overall, I highly recommend Kiwami Ramen and Gyoza Bar. The quality of the food, ambience and the great service made my dining experience enjoyable. I'm happy to say that my experience here exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return.
