Churro Cheesecake 🍓

Ingredients:

- 2 8 oz blocks of room temperature cream cheese

- 1/3 cup of sour cream

- 1 egg

- 1 tbsp of vanilla extract

- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk

- 2 sheets crescent dough

- 1/2 cup of sugar

- 1 tbsp of cinnamon

- Chopped strawberries (optional)

Directions:

1. Combine your cream cheese, sour cream, egg, vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk together with an electric or hand mixer.

2. In a separate bowl combine the sugar and cinnamon.

3. Spray a large baking pan (13 in by 9 in) with non stick cooking oil.

4. Lay one of the crescent roll sheets down in the pan.

5. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cinnamon sugar mix on the crescent dough.

6. Pour in the cheesecake mix and top with the remaining crescent dough sheet.

7. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar on top.

8. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

9. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

10. Cut into slices, top with strawberries and enjoy!
