How to: Zoo Day {2 under 2 edition}

With our first, we skipped so many things that seemed “hard” in the beginning.

When our second was born, we realized life is what you make it and we decided to at least try to go for it, so we are choosing to live out all the experiences we can with our babies.

We’ve officially done the stroller vs the carrier/backpacks and we were surprised by how much we loved the carrier/backpack situation. Although, we love our uppababy for most things, the zoo had a lot of limitations that we would have missed with a stroller. We highly recommend back support if you choose to go the carrier route.

We’ve packed heavy and light and it’s nice to be hands free, but still have all of the necessities. The osprey backpack has a great storage space for all the necessities.

Our 1 year old enjoyed every minute and then conked as we were walking out after a full day at the zoo and our 7 week old had the best nap of his life snuggled up in the carrier.
