Homemade Alfredo Sauce - EASY!

Here is THE EASIEST recipe to make at home, fresh and

it only takes 8 minutes!

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons butter

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup of chicken broth

4 cloves garlic, minced

1½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add cream and bring to a simmer. Cook, whisking often, for 5 minutes.

Then add garlic and chicken broth, cook for 60 seconds. Add cheese slowly (I recommend doing it in two batches) and whisk until melted. Add salt and pepper, to taste.

Toss in your favorite pasta and dinner is served!
