the perfect hotel for ladies 👩🏻💅🏻 | tokyo, japan

mom & i booked a double-room (ladies) at koko hotel ginza 1-chrome during our recent visit to tokyo- costs about $155/night and the location is 10/10. no breakfast included for that price however, there were plenty of convenience stores nearby so that’s not an issue at all. overall we really enjoyed our stay!

personally felt this hotel is perfect for ladies because if you book a ladies room like we did, your room will be located at the highest floor which is only for females — there’s added security (you need the card to even enter), lots of free samples, complimentary coffee and tea (coffee was good, i had it every day…) and also you are free to use the coin laundry. a couple of times i have done my work at the lounge and i j felt really safe… + other female guests were nice & friendly too~

if you are a guy though, there are also free samples at the lobby (albeit slightly fewer & instead of the coffee machine, they provide coffee satchets).

here is my overall list of pros & cons:

pros: good location (located in ginza 1-chrome, close to a couple of subway stations. 10-15min walk to tsukiji fish market as well. v convenient), love the ladies lounge and free samples, decent room size, really polite staffs, there’s also a weighing scale at the lobby if u wna weigh ur luggage!

cons: pillow was flat…other than that all good.
