Ingredients:

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

- 2 tbsp sugar (for crust)

- 4 tbsp melted butter (for crust)

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1/4 cup sugar (for filling)

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 egg

- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 2 ripe peaches, peeled & diced

- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1/4 tsp nutmeg

- 2 tbsp melted butter (for topping)

- 1/4 cup flour

- 1/4 cup rolled oats (optional)

- Whipped cream & cinnamon (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

2. Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and butter; press into liners for the crust. Bake for 5-7 mins.

3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, egg, and sour cream. Spoon over crusts.

4. Toss peaches with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, butter, flour, and oats. Spoon over cheesecake.

5. Bake for 20-25 mins. Cool completely and chill for 2 hours.

6. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon.

Storage:Refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Tips: Use ripe peaches, and add lemon juice for extra tang!
