Basic Travel Essentials

No frills travel essentials! I don’t need much, but these are my must-haves for when traveling via plane.

✈️AirPods. I need music to relax and cancel out the noise from the plane. I have terrible anxiety in general and it’s even worse on a plane. Having music to calm down to helps immensely!

✈️Stress relief/fidget item. This little guy helps a lot since I struggle with staying still!

✈️Anxiety medication. I’m going to be vulnerable and share that I need medication to fly. I don’t want to have a panic attack while in the air, so I take lorazepam to help calm me down.

✈️Comfy clothes are a must-have! I need to be comfortable in order to enjoy my flight. I love my aerie leggings and a nice big baggy t shirt or sweatshirt.

✈️Personal bag. I love this one from Amazon. It opens up like a suitcase. I am a chronic over-packer and I have so much room left in this thing! It is very budget friendly and comes in a lot of colors. I believe I got it on sale for $25. The quality is great too.

✈️Carry on bag from Tjmaxx! Usually I opt for a roller bag but this one was so cute and a little smaller for shorter trips.

✈️Makeup bag from Amazon! This fits all of my makeup and is so cute as well!

✈️Travel size hair products and body wash. I love Walmarts travel size section, they have so much to choose from!
