Vinyl lagi murah tapi spc tahan lebih lama cuma costly compared to vinyl.

1. Be reminded it’s plastic composite so benda keras, tajam, or berat can cause defects & scratches

2. Jgn kerap mop and only use spc cleaners sebab boleh damage quality, boleh pudar & shortens the lifespan

3. Tak boleh direct sunlight all the time so pasang la sheer or blinds tu mcm kasi skit je lights masuk sebab akan cairkn glue and boleh rosak

4. Buat home inspection kat tiles utk avoid future cost utk repair

5. Lantai kene rata & takde leakage beneath them sebab cause damages financially and spc itself la

6. Better hire orang professional buat & make sure ad foam bawah spc tu
