ashwagandha- natural vitamin that helps with anxiety! i just started taking this so i haven’t noticed too much of a difference.

escitalopram- also known as “lexapro” is an Rx antidepressant. i’ve been taking think for about a year, it helped me a lot in the beginning. but im looking for something else now, this just doesn’t cut it!!

birth control- love this one, low hormone and haven’t had any reactions to it. started this about 4 years ago, with a gap of 8 months in the last year. (switched to nexplanon, switched back to pills)
