How I study for 12.5 hours every week

Here’s how I study for 12.5 hours a week.

I alternate how many hours I study based on the day of the week.

For example, Wednesday I study 2 hours total.

I do 30 minutes of studying, 15 minute break, 30 minutes of studying, 10 minute break, 30 minute studying, 15 minute break, and 30 minutes of studying.

Take breaks before you need them. Don’t wait until you’re burnt out to take a break.

And as always… drink water!
