My Aunt Sues Taco bake! 😋

Hey everyone! I wanted to share my Aunt Sue’s taco bake recipe! I apologize in advance that I didn’t use a real life picture I had already started cooking when I realized I didn’t take a photo for you guys! But let’s get into it!

Ingredients:

1lb ground chuck

Taco seasoning packet

Taco cheese

Sour cream

Taco sauce

Tomatoe

Shredded lettuce

10.5 oz can of cheddar cheese soup

Directions:

brown your ground chuck and drain. I find this really makes a difference but it’s your personal preference. Add your taco seasoning following directions on pack. Once combined lower your heat down to medium low add your cheddar cheese soup and mix. Remove from heat now it’s time to assemble.

Get your baking pan. I like spraying the bottom with non stick spray. Get your Doritos out and line the bottom of your baking pan with them. Now add some of your taco meat and repeat the layers till you’ve run out of meat.

On top you can optionally add your cheese, lettuce, and dice tomatoes. But me personally I just add the cheese and pop that in the oven on 375’ degrees for about 30 minutes.

Once it’s done just plate and add your favorite taco toppings! Taco sauce, sour cream, fresh tomato and lettuce!
