My boyfriend hates my nose rings

Soooo I’ve been entering a new stage of my life, my professional career girly life. Lately I’ve been questioning my nose piercings and whether or not I need them or if they even fit me anymore…. Anyways I asked my boyfriend what he thought and without hesitation he told me to take them out! He even stated he never liked them lol I was lowkey shocked cuz now you say something??? You NEVER said anything when I was getting it done. Anyways when I take them out I feel like my face looks off, I’ve even tried only taking one off and it still doesn’t feel right. Any thoughts? Does anyone have any retired nose piercings?? How did they heal up??
