Why the girls should get into golf!

I think more girls should take up golf and here is why…

⛳️ It will help you get in the sun

⛳️ a great way to get exercise

⛳️ it’s fun!!

⛳️ LPGA events are affordable and so much fun!

⛳️ it will release stress and tension

⛳️ mine is t a great example but the outfits are the best activewear! Cute skirts and polos and even some dresses!

Here’s a few tips if you want to start golfing

⛳️ if you can afford it, book a lesson with a golf pro in your area

⛳️ start at the driving range

⛳️ when you’re ready to hit the course, walk instead of ride. Taking a cart is nice but walking will have you feeling worked out, relaxed and you’ll sleep so good! When my boyfriend and I walk, it’s about 4-5 miles for 18 holes! It doesn’t feel like that but I promise you will feel so good after!
