PRO'S: Ability to easily change roles

Increased promotion timelines

Great benefits, time off, stock, competitive pay

Amazing Culture! (Depending on the org you are in) Beautiful corporate office space all over the world

Work hard play hard environment

CON'S: Virtually no employee discount

Raises often come in stock not base (good and bad)

Shift work in logistic centers is not ideal

Hard to get a corporate role externally

Under developed onboarding program
