I stumbled upon this recipe when I was browsing my IG (y'all should really check out this IG : foodaddiction4life; cuz they share a plethora of engrossing healthy desserts) and I was keen to make one so let's go!

The original recipe was actually to make protein brownie but since my oven is not working, I used the air fryer instead and they turned out to be muffins rather than brownies lol and they still taste yummy tho 🤤

1 banana

1/2 egg whites

3/4 cup almond milk

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup cocoa powder

2 scoops of protein powder

I adjusted the recipe since I weigh my stuff 😊

I managed to get 7 muffin cups (80g each). Here's mine:

94g banana (84kcal)

33g coco powder (103kcal)

100g egg white (52 kcal)

70g Naturally More peanut butter (394 kcal)

256g Dutch Lady full cream milk (159 kcal)

3 scoops of Fex Nutrition hydro whey (207 kcal)

34g Van Houten dark chocolate coins (186 kcal) - optional

Instructions:

1. Mash the banana.

2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

3. Mix until smooth but I malas so I whisk je manually.

4. Pour the batter into the muffin cups and add in the chocolate coins to get that melted chocolate filling in yo muffin.

5. Get them cuties into the air fryer at 160 degrees for 20 minutes. The top will be crackly so no worries.

5. Let cool n sliceeeee!

Total calories :

1185 kcal (111g carbs, 107g protein, 58g fat)

📌 169 kcal / 1 cup

📌 37g carbs, 35.6g protein, 19g fat
