On my recent trip to Tokyo, I visited a lovely vintage clothing shop called Vintage & Handmade Comyu located in Koenji area. The shop has a great selection of clothes from the 1950s and beyond, with some items that are refurbished or vintage-inspired.

As soon as I walked in, I was amazed by the variety of styles. There were dresses from the 1950s and lots of other unique pieces. What made Comyu stand out were the refurbished items which were old clothes that had been restored or redesigned, giving them a fresh look while keeping their vintage charm.

The staff were very friendly and knew a lot about vintage fashion. They even shared tips on how to mix vintage with modern styles, which was fun and helpful.

The only downside was the prices were a bit high. The quality is great, but it might not be the best place for a budget-friendly shopping trip. However, if you’re looking for something special and unique, it could be worth it.

Vintage & Handmade Comyu is definitely a great place for vintage fashion lovers to explore. Even if you don’t buy anything, it’s a fun shop to visit and admire the style. Just be ready to spend a little extra if something catches your eye!
