🌱Travel Diaries 🇬🇧: Thornton-le-Dale

Last weekend, we visited Thornton-le-Dale, a charming village in North Yorkshire. It was a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with its scenic views and peaceful parks.

We walked through the village. The stone cottages, blooming flowers, and rivers were very picturesque. We admired Beck Isle Cottage, a beautiful thatched-roof house that looked like it belonged in a fairy tale.

Next, we spent some time at the village green. It was a lovely spot to sit and relax, surrounded by charming buildings and lush greenery. There were many forest trails that offer the perfect escape into nature. We ended our day back to Leeds after that.

Thornton-le-Dale was a delightful escape, offering beautiful scenery and a tranquil atmosphere.
