My husband and I visited Castle Combe, known as the "prettiest village in England." It’s located in the Cotswolds and truly lived up to its reputation.

We started our visit with a walk down Arlington Row, a charming street lined with historic cottages. Each cottage, with its honey-colored stone and thatched roofs, looked like it belonged in a fairy tale. The beauty and tranquility of the village were captivating.

Next, we explored the Manor House, a grand and historic hotel surrounded by lush gardens and quaint countryside. The elegant architecture and peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect escape from everyday life. We wandered around the grounds, admiring the gardens and serene views.

As we explored the village, we enjoyed the scenic views at every turn. The stone bridge over the Bybrook River provided a perfect spot for photos, capturing the charm of Castle Combe. The quaint village square, with its old market cross and medieval church, added to the timeless feel of the place.
