Macam Mana Nak Escape a Toxic Relationship??

Harini i nak share personal and past experience i lalui a toxic relationship with a cheater, gaslighter and manipulator for 7 momths!!I will start with how it feels and how I end it. At first, i was really attracted to this guy because I used to find him attractive but after that the relationship really went downhill

Along the relationship, he always asked me to changed myself as if he didnt like me just for the way I am. He judge my dress up, my make up. Its never okay. And i lost my self esteem in the process. He always neglected me and didnt include me so much in his life

The worst part is, I caught him cheating when there was an anonymous account sending me the proof through Instagram. I was so devastated and let him know. But at the end he just gonna gaslight me and say it didnt actually look like that. He blamed me for not being open minded enough

I was so done and until one day I decide to just do some random questions. I asked him "Is there anything you wanted to tell me before I tell it myself";. Surprisingly, he was scared that I already found out and came out with a list of thing he did behind me. While in fact, i actually know NOTHING.

And that's the end. I ended the relationship and focus more on myself. I try to get back my self esteem and everytime he came back, i didnt even guve a chance and wait for the right person and its the best decision ive ever made.
