Late Night Snack, Potato Cheese Bread!

I'm in the mood to eat potatoes and cheese 😋 Potato Cheese Bread is one of my favourite snacks of all the time! My kinda comfort food 🥰

Bread dough without yeast:

1. 100g flour

2. 1/4 tsp salt

3. 1,1/2 tbsp milk

4. 2 tbsp olive oil

Bread dough with yeast:

1. 250g bread flour

2. 1 tbsp milk powder

3. 1 egg

4. 5g instant yeast

5. 3 tbsp sugar

6. 100ml warm water/milk

7. 40g butter

Fillings:

1. Mashed potatoes

2. Tomato sauce

3. Mozzarella cheese

Toppings:

1. Butter

2. Chopped parsleys
