Tiramisu x Lemon🍋 for Lemon Lovers😍

Calling out all lemon lovers out there! Tryout this Tiramisu recipe but with lemons! It was so rich in flavours and so creamy!

I also added some Artificial Lemon Flavours from Star Brand for extra lemon flavours in cream cheese and lemon curd. Anyways, they have just renewed the packaging! It's more secure and high quality!

Ingredients:

~Cream cheese Layer~

1. 500g mascarpone cheese

2. 300ml whipping cream

3. 2 tsp Star Brand Lemon flavour

4. 180g powdered sugar

5. 80ml Lemon juice + lemon zest

6. Lady's fingers

7. Milk

~Lemon curd~

1. 2 eggs + 2 egg yolks

2. 80g cold butter

3. 120g sugar

4. 120ml lemon juice

5. Lemon zest

6. 1 tsp Star Brand Lemon flavour

*filter out lemon curd and add in 1 tsp gelatine powder for shiny effect*
