Homemade Portuguese Egg Tarts 😋

Hello hello everyone! If you guys feel so lazy to bake something but still want some dessert, please try making this! Can be done in less than 30mins. It was soft and creamy on the inside and crunchy on the outside 😋

1. 2 eggs

2. 1 egg yolk

3. 1/4 cup sugar

4. 100ml milk

5. 200ml whipping cream

6. 1 tsp vanilla essence

7. Instant puff pastry

Bake at 180oC for 20-25mins. (Temperature and time is also depends on your oven)
