Watermelon Bread Pudding!! 😍❤️ I could eat this everyday! Also, kids will totally love this 🤭 If you have leftover bread or close to its expiry date, please make this 🥹 It's super easy. Save time, no need mixing and no skills required 🤭
Ingredients:
1. 4 pieces plain bread
2. 1/2 cup water
3. 1 cup evaporated milk
4. 1/2 cup sugar
5. 1 egg
6. 1 tsp vanilla essence
7. 3 cups water
8. 11g agar agar powder
1. Blend until smooth and then, transfer into a saucepan.
2. Add 3 cups of water and 11g of agar agar powder.
3. Bring to simmer and cook until thickened. Turn off stove.
4. Separate into 2 different bowls with ratio of 1:2.
5. The one with more puding is to be added with rose/red food coloring and the other one with green food colouring.
6. Pour your pudding into round cake pan and pet cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
