Homemade Mini Murtabak (Stuffed flat bread)

Unexpectedly it taste really good 😍 So for today's recipe I wanna share an easy Murtabak recipe that you can make at home!😙If you have any leftover gravy you can use that instead. But if no, here I have shared together a recipe of beef curry fillings.

For those who are curious, Murtabak is a famous iftar dish during Ramadan in Malaysia. It is also a great dish to share with family and friends during special time of the year. Plus, people only sell this during Ramadan and Night Market 😌

Here is the recipe for today:

{dough}

1. 1,1/2 cup flour

2. 1/2 cup hot water

3. 1 tbsp oil

4. Salt

{beef curry fillings}

1. Cooking oil

2. 1/2 bulb, diced onion

3. 1,1/2 tbsp curry powder

4. 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder

5. Some white pepper

6. 125g minced meat

7. Water

8. Salt and sugar to taste

9. 1 or 2 egg

Leftover beef bolognese + 1 egg

{onion dip}

1. 1/2 bulb onion

2. 1 tbsp sugar

3. 1/4 tsp salt

4. 1 tbsp vinegar

5. 2 tbsp water

6. Rose syrup
