don't sleep💤 on China's night markets!

I thought Taiwan was the only place with yummy street food, until I visited this night market in Zhangjiajie 🤤​

Here are some of the cooler stuff there:​

🍽 Taro shaved ice ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️​

Cheaper version of Blackball, with LOTSA yam paste and fresh fruits. The uncle let me try his homemade tangyuan, which tasted like less sweet BBT pearls​

🍽 Crispy rice pancake (锅巴）⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️​

The crispy bits of claypot rice flattened into a pancake. There are potato shreds, veggies, and chili oil too. ​

🍽 Horned melon (kiwano)⭐️⭐️⭐️​

All the fruit shops were selling this. The stall owner slices off the top and you slurp the seeds and juice with a straw. Very mild-tasting​
