LDN | warm sake? 🤔

my first time trying warm sake and i actually enjoyed it. Machiya is the place to go to for a laid back, casual dinner and drinks night!

🍴 Food: 4/5 – we managed to try their Wagyu Katsu - panko breaded shio koji wagyu beef 🥩, wasabi mayo, yuzu kosho - this is their unique dish ‼️ limited portions everyday 😯

you get to fry your wagyu beef katsu on a mini stone pan for that extra crisp and flavour 🫶🏻

we also got the Oyakodon, Tsukune - minced chicken skewers that comes with a raw egg yolk dipping (yums) and some refreshing soy pickled cucumber on the side 😋

🍶 Drinks: 4/5 – you can enjoy a variety of Japanese alcohol from sake to whisky, beer, sochu and more here 🍻🥃 we tried 2 different types of warm sakes – so smooth and having it warm really hits different 😌

✨ Ambiance: 3.8/5 – minimalistic Japanese-style decor with wooden interior, it’s a small and intimate space and can get a little noisy during peak hours!
