Maple Pecan Blondies

Ingredients:

- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 ½ cups brown sugar

- 2 large eggs

- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp baking powder

- ¼ tsp salt

- 1 cup chopped pecans (measure with your ❤️)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.

3. Add eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla, then mix well.

4. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.

5. Fold in chopped walnuts.

6. Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden.
