Brown butter apple cinnamon Blondies with cinnamon cream cheese icing!
1. SautΓ© two sticks of butter until golden brown (brown bits at the bottom of the pan is the best part!) let cool completely. Mix Wet Ingredients: Whisk 1 Β½ cups brown sugar, Β½ cup regular sugar, and brown butter until fluffy. Add 2 eggs and 2 teaspoons vanilla; whisk until smooth.
2. Combine Dry Ingredients: Mix 1 ΒΎ cups flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, and 1 teaspoon salt. Add to the wet ingredients, then fold in chopped apple slices (with cinnamon and brown sugar) and Β½ bar chopped baking chocolate.
3. Bake & Top: Pour into a greased pan and bake at 350Β°F for 25 minutes. Melt 8 oz cream cheese with β cup powdered sugar and cinnamon, then spread on top once cooled slightly. Enjoy!
