Easter Cookie Recipe

My mom came to visit and she loves chocolate so I decided to send her home with some of these easy chocolate cake mix cookies! The Cadbury eggs were bogo and ended uo being the perfect addition for a cute Easter themed cookie!

Ingredients:

1 chocolate cake mix

1/2 cup melted butter

1 whole egg

1 egg yolk

1 tsp vanilla

Add - any mixins you like! I chose cadbury eggs, heath chips and chocolate chips!

I used a 2.4in cookie scoop so I baked them on 350 for about 15-17mins.
