MORNING POWER PUMP

I am an exclusively breastfeeding/pumping mom. My baby takes the bottle mostly, but I also breastfeed occasionally throughout the day and at night if baby wakes up. I power pump as my first pump of the day and the results have been great. 15 oz is the most I’ve ever pumped in one session! I’m wondering if it was the cup of chamomile tea I had last night because it’s the only thing I did differently.
