Try my Easy Nacho Pasta

Ingredients:

• 1lb ground beef

• 1 packet low sodium McCormick taco seasoning packet (or your choice of taco seasoning)

• 1 can (14.5oz) of diced or crushed tomatoes ( I blend mine but you don’t have to- I have a picky husband 😜)

• 2 boxes or Velveeta Shells & Cheese

• Optional- Sharp cheddar cheese for extra cheesiness 😋

Plate up and serve with your fave toppings. I personally like sour cream and sliced black olives. My hubby likes sour cream and chunky salsa. Let me know if you try it out and if you like it.
