DIY Outdoor Reno on a Budget - Part 1

You can make a BIG difference in your home by DIY’ing your decor improvements. We bought a 1970’s home with a screened-in porch, but it was dated and dull. I repainted the wicker chairs with Rustoleum spray paint. Bought new cushions ($40) and pillows ($10) on clearance from At Home and Walmart. New rug for $50 on sale at Big Lots. Purchased and installed (with my son’s help!) a new ceiling fan and light on sale at Wayfair (approx. $125). Removed screens and installed new screening. Repainted ceiling and trim. Restained floors with Deck Correct from Cabot. What a difference some paint and hard work makes! #DIY #homedecor #HomeReno #bargain
