Biscoff Mousse Cake is my absolute favorite of all!✨

Ingredients:💌
★Biscoff cookies- 200g
★Melted butter- 60g
★Cold whipping cream- 1/2 Cup
★Condensed milk- 1/4 Cup
★Biscoff cookie butter- 1/4 Cup
And more for the top
★Gelatin- 1 Teaspoon
★Water- 1 Tablespoon
1. In a bowl, Mix crushed cookies and melted butter.
2. Transfer to the mould and press with a cup. Freeze until you make the filling.
3. In a bowl, Add whipping cream and vanilla (Optional). Mix until stiff peaks are formed.
4. Add condensed milk and cookie butter. Mix until combined.
5. In a small bowl, mix gelatin and water; Keep it aside for a minute.
6. Once it hardens, Melt it on microwave/ double boiler until liquidy.
7. Add it to the cream and mix until combined.
8. Transfer to the mould and smooth the top.
9. Refrigerate at least 1 hour until it set.
10. Pour melted cookie butter on top and Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Enjoy!✨
