Ingredients:🍞
🌸AP Flour- 300g
🌸Sugar- 55g
🌸Salt- 3g
🌸Butter- 42g
🌸Milk- 125ml
🌸Yeast- 4g
🌸Whole Egg- 1
🌸Egg yolk- 1
🌸Pink food colour (Optional)
Filling:🍥
🌸Butter- 30g
🌸Sugar- 2 Teaspoon
🌸Cinnamon- 1 Teaspoon
Glaze:✨
🌸Powdered Sugar
🌸Milk
1. In a bowl, Add Flour, Sugar and salt; Mix until combined.
2. Add softened butter and Mix with hand until coarse texture.
3. In a bowl, Add luke warm milk and yeast; Let it sit for 5 minutes until it blooms.
4. Add the yeast mixture into the dry mixture; Add the whole egg and a yolk; Add few drops of gel food colour (Optional).
5. Mix and knead for 10 minutes until it's not sticky and comes together well.
6. Cover and Let it rest for 1 to 2 Hours until it doubles in size.
7. Punch the air out and knead for 10 seconds; Divide the dough into 7 pieces (82-85g each).
8. Dust flour and roll the dough; Cut, braid, Spread the filling evenly (Filling is the mixture of softened butter, sugar and ground cinnamon) and roll into a rose.
9. Place in a greased baking pan; Cover and rest for 10-15 minutes.
10. Bake at 190°C foer 15 minutes.
11. Let it cool a bit; Pour the glaze and Spread evenly.
