Improving skin health in my 50’s with a proper and consistent skincare (I have used it since 2023 eventhough it doesn’t show anyimprovement😅) and lifestyle habits:

1. I took a glass of soluble collagen with empty stomach every morning before my breakfast (protein shakes only, and no “nasi lemak, roti canai, roti telur or any high GI and sugar content breakfast”.

2. It is compulsory to drink at least 3L of plain water every day.

3. Snacking at 11am and 4pm daily, normally I took fruits, eg. apple, guava, oranges, dragon fruits.

4. I will prepare healthy portion lunch, 1/2 plate of veggies (fiber), 1/4 plate of protein (fish, chicken, eggs) and 1/4 plate of carb source.

4. Dinner before 8pm; I took protein shakes for dinner as well. But, I’ll skip it if don’t feel hungry😅

5. Go to sleep before 11pm for at least 6 hours quality sleeps.

Try this, and you can see the improvement on your skin and health🥰
