Mistakes I did during nursing school

During nursing school, I struggled with procrastination, often waiting until just a few days before exams to study. This led to significant stress and anxiety, especially since I was in an accelerated program. The pressure to absorb so much information caused me to neglect my own well-being; I often skipped meals and sacrificed sleep for studying, resulting in unintentional weight loss and anemia, along with more frequent illnesses.

Additionally, poor time management made it difficult to juggle coursework, studying, two young daughters, household responsibilities, and a job, ultimately leading to burnout and depression. Despite these challenges, I focused on addressing my weaknesses, which helped me improve my daily life and mental stability. Ultimately, I graduated from nursing school and now a Registered nurse.
