Platform 9 and ¾ or Hopscotch? A Singaporean fusion place putting a twist to familiar western dishes.

Overall, a place of fusion food, the best relaxing atmosphere with a lot of natural light and the vibes of a quaint town that is fully airconditioned! Amazing spot for a date night or a weekend brunch hangout.

We ordered 3 sets, each set comes with 1 starter, 1 main and 1 drink (24++)

• starters •

1. mushroom soup 🍄

You have to get this! It was so good and creamy without being too rich. The individual pieces of mushrooms were also cut into the right sizes and overall the soup pairs really nicely with the toasted garlic bread. One of the better mushroom soups I have had!

2. oriental mushroom salad 🍄

This was not bad, the dressing was on the sour side but quite refreshing and nice :)

3. curry chicken soup 🐤

Oooh, this was supririsngly pretty good! It was like a fusion dish because of the curry and the fact that it resembled some kind of chicken soup/chowder. Quite an interesting flavour profile but somehow everything kind of goes well together! For those who are more adventurous, you can stray from the well-trodden path of mushroom soups to get this interesting creation!

1. Chilli Crab Linguine w Soft Shell Crab 🦀

You can really taste the Chilli Crab flavour and the Soft Shell Crab was on the more soft side (not that crispy).

2. Guinness Beef Bourguinon (Stew) I + $4 (additional charge) 🐮

This had the most decadent mash potatoes I have ever eaten (but can be on the saltier side). Nonetheless, the mash potatoes were so smooth and creamy I felt like I was eating clouds but stickier! It was really soooo flavourful but can get a little suffieting when nearing the end.

3. Katong Lobster and Crab Roll w Fries | + $6 (additional charge)🦞

This tasted a little bit like Laksa flavoured Lobster and the fries were super crispy! Overall, quite nice with a decent amount of Lobster but nothing too mindblowing.

pineapple, cranberry and orange juice respectively (your typical sweet concentrate juices) 🍊🍍

House special wings 🐔 ($12++)

This had an interesting fragrance that reminded me of the chinese shrimp paste wings. Quite nice but there is an aftertaste that may not appeal to everyone.

Calamari rings 🦑 ($12++)

This was a breaded batter which is almost the same as a potato croquet but instead of potato, they used squid.
