How to Heal a Sunburn ‼️☀️🔥

Sooo you’ve been out in the summer sun and you got sunburnt. Now hopefully you were being diligent and applied sunscreen but something still happened and you got burnt. Here are some tried and true tips and products to help heal sun damage!!

1. DO NOT USE any actives until the damage is healed!! This includes exfoliants, retinol, and vitamin C.

2. Centella and Propolis are amazing soothing ingredients and help reduce redness.

3. Ceramides are the secret to barrier repair

4. Hypochlorous acid has been used to heal burns for years!!!

5. Don’t forget to moisturize

6. Snail mucin has been proven to help heal and soothe damage from UV rays
