3. FIND A PEACEFUL AREA

I love going to my local library or cafe to study when it isn’t too crowded! Sometimes I study with white noise or fireplace sounds in my room.

4. ASSESS YOUR PERSONAL GOALS

Before every study session, I like to remind myself why I’m studying and it gives me a quick boost of motivation.

5. MEDITATE.
