Make your own Detox Water!

Yesterday I saw a blogger making her own detox water herself, so i decided to give it a try too!

Is not just for detox and it really good for our skin and full of vitamin C. We all know that vitamin c is good for brightening skin and fading dark spots

Chia seeds really good on our poo poo 💩

So let’s start!

You’ll need

Chia seeds

Cucumber

Lemon

Cold water

And is really simple step to finish it in 30 minutes

First you put some chia seeds in hot water , stir it quickly and steep it for 15minutes

Then you prepared a cup of cold water , fill it up and add Lemon cucumber inside !

Tada 🎉! Your detox beauty drink is ready !
