parmesan potatoes & protein dip

this is such a great alternative for chips and a perfect appetizer! it was so easy to make with just potatoes 🥔!!

i personally like my potatoes to be extra crispy and i wanted them to be closer to a chip texture so i cooked them for an extra 15 minutes and they were perfect! i also used mini potatoes because that’s all i had on hand and they still came out great.

for the high protein dip, i used 1 packet of lipton onion dip mix with 2 cups of greek yogurt and it went perfectly with the potatoes.
