Heritage in Suwon + K-drama filming spot! 🎥

If you’re bored of Seoul, take a day trip to Suwon! Accessible by train (approximately 1 hour). The duration of your journey also depends on whether you take the railway train (korail) - faster / metro - slower.

📍Suwon Hwaseong Fortress Bukporu Pavilion

We were so happy that we accidentally chanced upon this as we were walking along the fortress!! We saw that there was a group of people gathered around so we checked to see what was happening. Apparently, it is an out-of-business cafe.

📍Suwon Hwaseong Fortress

A UNESCO World Heritage site, the main tourist attraction in Suwon. You can spend the whole day around this area + there are many cafes there in almost every street. We wanted to try📍Geuraebi Tate but it was so crowded so we decided to give it a miss but it looked really nice!

📍Paldal Park

The fortress leads to Paldal Park. It’s a nice park for a picnic, a stroll, or just to daze.
