PINK GIN SOUR RECIPE

RECIPE:

In a shaker add:

2.5 oz Pink Gin

1 oz Lemon Juice

.75 oz Simple Syrup

1 Egg White

Shake all of ingredients without ice

This creates that beautiful froth. Then add ice to shaker and shake well again. Pour in your favorite martini glass and top off with Edible Dried Rose Petals!
