6-course Vegetarian Fine Dining under $100 ✨

Make your way down to Joie for one of the best meatless cuisines you can find in Singapore. Boasting a creative menu with influences from Europe & Taiwan, be prepared for a dining experience like no other.

We loved the complimentary 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀 with that addictive seasoning and the 𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘁𝘀.

We had the 𝐒𝐢𝐱-𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐮 ($𝟗𝟗+) which started with the 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐟’𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫. My favourite item on the platter had to be that red tart, it absolutely just burst in my mouth when I took a bite and flooded it with citrusy flavour.

For the side dishes we had the cheesy & creamy 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐨𝐳𝐳𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 (which resembled escargot) and the cheesy-tomatoey 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐠𝐠𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐢 & 𝐕𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐚 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞.

For the cold dishes we had the 𝐙𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 (stuffed with creme cheese & truffle mayo) and the 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐟𝐮 (with sesame sauce!!) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐬 (balls of scooped frozen fruits lying in half a dragon fruit).

As for soups we got the 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐬 & 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐞 (𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐩) and 𝐏𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐕𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐞 which made us feel both warm and homey.

Their 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐨𝐧 “𝐏𝐮 𝐘𝐞” 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞 looked exactly like a steak when it was served to us and we loved how juicy it was. Their 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐤 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐚 was beautifully presented with alternating layers of pasta sheets and spinach and tomato sauce was comforting.

To end the meal on a sweet note, we got the 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐦 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞 and 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐚 where both were not overly sweet. Between the two, I enjoyed the rich and fluffy chocolate cake with the vanilla ice cream pairing.
